Golden Procedure of Long Living Life of 100 Years


Every man wants to know that, how to stay Long living. If we follow some procedure of Lifestyle, habit, diet, Meal, drinking, sleeping, We hope that we will upgrade our live too long living up to 100 years plus...

The Scientist has proven that, If the Peoples can to try depend on nature, he will easily live 100 years.

Our average living duration is so low than other developing country. The main reason is our some bad habit. As an example: Smoking, Drinking, Wine, Additional Pungent, Roast, Fry, Hard food, Eating to habitat deep night, Sickness and overcome sexual life etc. 


The Procedure is as follows:

01. Go up from sleep at dawn before the Sun, keep on heart, energetic, will not be a pain in your head, full days you will feel lusty.
02. Clean your belly, as a result, usually you will not sick.
03. Every day after finishing a meal and before washing the face (Ajoo) must, you will be brushing your teethes with the branch of Nim/Indian acacia tree or Nim Herbal Toothpaste.
04. Early in the morning you will drink 3/4 glass of water every day.
05. Early in the morning you will take your bath every day. Will build your habit for walks and do exercises every day in the morning and evening.
06. Every day you will eat minimum half Kgs Cucumber with skin. Everyday will eat minimum 30 gm Curd.
07. Will take off the Wine, Cigarette, Tobacco etc. and any wine-able drinking, you will suck ginger measurable quantity.
08. Will break to excess eating of meat. You obey one day Roja (Hungry) in every week.
09. Will be habituated to more eating greenable and waterable fruits. Will less to eat Friable / grillable food.
10. Take off to more repeatable sexual life, Living is less by the more repeatable sexual life.
11. Everyday you will stay sunshine, will drink tea & coffee as limited and everyday you will do exercises.
12. Will drink pure water, do purify the water with the leaf of neem and garlic.
13. Will sleeping to wind flowing room. Take breath in full chest.
14. More eating to more vegetable. Everyday build your habit to eat Vegetable.
15. Do not stay empty belly. Will eating rice in 1/3 of belly and drinking water 2/3.
16. You will walking, standing, seating and talking as a strait stand.
17. You will eat as better chewing. Will be habituated to eat as soft and unripe fruit and little boil food.
18. Never you do not labour over excess. Done your work maximum 8 hours. Stop your eye stipulated time, remember to Allah (God).
19. Living without angry and tension. Always keep your mind freshness.
20. Finished your dinner within 7 PM. Sleeping within 9/10 PM.
21. Eat slight (easy) food in dinner. It is good to eat as waterable food.
22. You say your Prayer(Namaz) and ebadot properly. Salat (Namaz) is a Holly exercise.
23. Always keep Holly your mind. Always to say (remember to Allah) Jikir to called Allah, Allah, Allah. Set it with your heart bit by the Purefull Oli-Allah.
24. Remember, Allah (God) is the best friend of danger. Eating with a orphan Minor.
25. Doing Meditation- Quantum performance of spiritual (Aadhyatic Sadhona)/ Silva Method.
